A playground the size of Imaginature requires copious quantities of mulch to keep the weeds down, cover the bare soil and help tie it all together. We obtain all our mulch for free from both the City of Bayswater and a number of tree lopping businesses who kindly deliver us load upon load, year after year.
The spreading of this mulch has been predominantly done by parents at all-school busy bees, as many calloused hands and tired shoulders can attest to. Some parents even return to this task each year and we greatly appreciate you for it.
